The Hana ʻImi Naʻauao Scholarship program was re-established in 2024 and is sponsored by Nā Moku Aupuni ʻo Koʻolau Hui, to provide post-high scholarships to those pursuing a degree from an accredited university, college, technical or vocational school or certificate program. Awards vary anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000, or more and will be for the School Year 2025-2026.
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2025.
Eligibility Requirements – APPLICANTS MUST:
be Native Hawaiian and a lineal descendant of Keʻanae-Wailuanui, and/or current resident of Keʻanae-Wailuanui.
have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
have been accepted and planning to enroll in an accredited university, college, technical or vocational
school or certificate program for the upcoming academic year, 2025-2026.
demonstrate active participation in community service or leadership activities.
demonstrate financial need
